The park is open Monday to Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays and Ferragosto from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. To allow an orderly outflow, the pools, attractions and refreshment areas are closed at 6.30 p.m., while the hot showers and toilets can be used until 6.45 p.m.
Under no circumstances may a refund of the ticket be claimed.
In the event of bad weather, for technical or safety reasons beyond our control, the Management reserves the right to close one or more attractions or the entire Park to ensure the safety of guests. In such cases, no reimbursement or re-entry can be requested.
Guests are kindly requested to behave appropriately so as not to cause damage to the facility or disturbance to other guests. If this is not the case, the management reserves the right to expel anyone who does not comply with this rule, with no right to reimbursement.
Follow the rules of the individual attractions and the instructions of the staff.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Animals are not allowed.
It is forbidden to play ball or other aerial games in the umbrella and picnic areas; the management accepts no liability for any personal injury or damage to third parties.
It is forbidden to occupy the refreshment areas without using the service.
The equipment in the park (benches, parasols, sun loungers, barbecues, etc.) is available to customers while stocks last; therefore the admission ticket does not guarantee the availability of the equipment.
The management disclaims all liability for theft of unattended items.
It is forbidden to bring in glass containers, any cooking equipment and equipment that is planted in the ground (parasols, tents, etc.).
Smoking, food and beverages (with the exception of water) are not permitted inside the pool floors and attractions.
It is forbidden to run around the pool, play dangerous games, dive, climb, slide upside down, stand or kneel down.
For reasons of safety and privacy of all guests, no drones or action cams may be used in the park, unless authorised by the management.
Up to the age of 3, it is necessary for children to wear the restraining costume (also available in our shop).
Access to the pools or water features is only permitted wearing swimwear made of material suitable for bathing; any other clothing is prohibited.
The use of a headset is not necessary.
Photos and videos are taken in the park for promotional purposes. By entering, you accept the possibility of appearing in official content.
Guests are advised that the car parks are not guarded. The management declines any responsibility for damage or theft.
