The purchase of a subscription implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions and the Parco la Quiete regulations.
- It should be noted that the season ticket holder does not have entry priority and every time he/she intends to enter the Park, he/she is obliged to go to the entrance ticket office and get a day ticket to keep in case of SIAE controls.
- The season ticket can only be used on days when the park is open. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO KEEP THE FACILITY CLOSED IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER AND TECHNICAL PROBLEMS.
- The season ticket is only valid if used by the expressly named holder. Use of the season ticket by a person other than the holder shall result in immediate withdrawal of the card.
- Combined season tickets (additional child, additional adult) are only possible for the same household as the season ticket holder.
- Another valid identity document with a photograph may be required.
- The cot season ticket does not guarantee the availability of the cot itself, as the equipment is available while stocks last.
- Failure to use the subscription card for any reason whatsoever does not entitle the holder to a partial or total refund of the subscription.
- For technical reasons, the Park's opening hours may change without prior notice.
- The Card is strictly personal and may not be assigned, lent or in any other way transferred to third parties.
- Failure to present the season ticket for any reason whatsoever, including loss or theft of the same, shall not allow entry to La Quiete Park. This may be done on payment of the daily rate in force at the time. The value of the day ticket paid shall not be refunded.
- No deposit will be required when the card is issued and at the end of its validity it must not be returned.
- In the event of theft, loss and/or damage of the Card, La Quiete Srl may reissue a duplicate of the same at the Customer's request, at an additional cost of €10.
- Unless otherwise stated, the subscription cannot be combined with any other promotion running at the time of use.
- In the event of violations of the rules and regulations of the Park, it entitles La Quiete Srl to suspend access or, in the event of recidivism or gross negligence, to terminate the contract.
- The use of a season ticket owned by a person other than the season ticket holder results in the immediate withdrawal of the card.
